A little bit about me

I have a master’s in Child Life (think child development meets the medical field) and work as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Children’s Wisconsin. In undergrad I became a certified RWID adaptive dance instructor and taught dance in both a recreational and competitive capacity. I've spent many summers working at a summer camp for children with chronic and/or life threatening illnesses, and am comfortable providing meals, personal care, social support, academic support, and any other type of support your situation may require! While in school I provided ABA services/respite care (for over 3 years).

I have experience with well children as well as chronically ill/disabled children.

As far as availability goes, I do have a full time job at Children’s Wisconsin as a Child Life Specialist! I start work at noon and am ideally looking for opportunities in the morning before I go to the hospital to work.
