Now I want to be the relief you need and bring support to your family. I love children, I love taking care of crazy schedules, I love to play, explore and guide creative thinking. I will keep your home feeling balanced by doing the little chores that creep up day to day, running those errands you can't find the time to run and most importantly giving your children the attention and time the need to grow into incredible adults.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started babysitting at the age of 14, nannied while in college and raised two children who are now "A" students thriving in life and in college.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Reading, hiking, playing at parks, building forts, baking, arts and crafts, exploring, sports (soccer, tossing the ball, shooting hoops, tag... you name it!)

The most important part about being a nanny...

Balance, love, listening, teaching, patience, respect, staying present, celebrating curiosity, understanding the parents beliefs and values and instilling them into the day, constant communication.

My experience with special needs children...

I raised a daughter with dyslexia and ADD, i've watched children with autism and I have a son who struggled with anxiety as a child. Both children are now thriving and accelerating in life and in school because of the support of the Orton method of learning for my daughter and the continued effort to learn how to support each child with the best tools and guidance each needed on an individual level.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I was a nanny I enjoyed so many moments that it was clear to me that someday I really wanted to be a mom. Moments like hearing Tommy who was 3 ask me if we could "tuddle" when he would first wake up, or Steven age 8 share his school art project with such pride when he got off the bus. Making sand castles at the beach, forts in the living room and making cookie dough on rainy days. I cherish every memory and every minute I was blessed to spend with them.
