More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have 6+ years of childcare experience, including working as a babysitter through the Bambino app and as an after-school teacher at Hammond Hill Elementary School. I’m certified in early childhood development and have experience caring for children of various ages. At Hammond Hill, I planned engaging activities, helped with homework, kept children on schedule, and resolved conflicts calmly and effectively.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Somethings I do enjoy doing with children is exploring nature being able to go on outside adventures, explore local parks. As well as arts and crafts so the child is able to show there creativity. Cooking and baking with children is also delightful way to bond and build a connection.
The most important part about being a nanny...
As a nanny the most important part is being trustworthy, great communication skills, being able to connect with each child and parents, showing empathy, and being able to be flexible towards the parents schedule.
My experience with special needs children...
In high school, I took Early Childhood Education (ECE), where I had the opportunity to create lesson plans and spend time directly in classrooms with young students. One of the most meaningful parts of that experience was working with children with autism. Getting to know and support those students had a lasting impact on me and deepened my passion for working with children of all abilities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was helping a child learn new words. I loved introducing them to different meanings and watching their vocabulary grow day by day. The first time I heard them form a full sentence using the words I had taught, it truly warmed my heart. It was a powerful reminder of how meaningful it is to make a positive impact in a child’s life.

Hello, my name is Isi Garrard. I recently graduated from high school, and my greatest passion is serving God and helping others. I attend church every Sunday, and my faith is the foundation of my life. One of my biggest dreams is to become a missionary so I can share God's love with people around the world and make a positive difference in their lives.
I love making people smile, especially children. Seeing others happy brings me joy, and I enjoy encouraging, caring for, and supporting those around me. I believe everyone deserves to feel loved and valued, and I hope to be someone who reflects kindness, compassion, and Christ's love in everything I do.
As I continue to grow in my faith and pursue my goals, I want to use my gifts to serve others, build meaningful relationships, and be a light wherever God leads me.
