I have been a Nanny on and off for over 10 years. 2 families from the US through high school, 2 international families, and then I was a nanny/pod teacher for a few families at the same time during COVID. I've found that being a nanny is so much more than taking care of the basic needs of children. It's forming a bond, becoming part of the family/routine. It's about teaching the kids to grow up in the right direction while you're growing with them.
