I worked in children's ministry at my parent’s church for around 6 years as both a teacher and a teacher’s assistant, I worked (both paid and volunteer work) as a director’s assistant at my childhood theatre for 4 years, and I've done lots and lots of babysitting for both clients and family friends over the years!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My favorite activities to do with kids is to learn about what they’re interested in. I love listening to them rant about their favorite hobbies or interests. I also love baking, reading, building legos, and playing pretend with kids!

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was probably when the two kids I was babysitting for and I had a movie night! We made fake movie posters, fake movie tickets, then we voted on the movie (it was Luca), and we made a Luca themed cake! We tried to make half of the cake sand with yellow frosting and the other half the ocean with blue frosting, but we ran out of blue frosting and the colors kind of ended up mixing anyways. It turned out pretty green, but at least it tasted good!
