Hai guys :) My name is Tatyana or Taty for short and I'm a very happy, outgoing, and playful soul and I love meeting new kids and getting to know them and their families, for every kid I've sat or watched is different. Taking care of kids has always been a big passion of mine! I've been Baby Sitting and doing Child care since I was 13 and I have been babysitting close friends and family since I was 5. I can cook, clean, & pet sit while baby sitting. My mom worked in childcare and taught me a lot at a very early age. Right now I currently just sit for my 2 Sister-In-Laws who are currently 6 & 9. I love Music, Acting, I'm very creative and I have my own companies called Royally Blue where I make jewelry, pillows, etc. & Royally Holistics where we sell anything from organic body & cleaning products, to workout nutrition. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started childcare, and childcare volunteering at the age of 12 for groups of kids ranging from 5-40 children at once, while also MCing the service, being a worship leader, and working the tech booth that controlled the videos, the lights, the sound, the music, and the slideshows all the the same time.I watched Special needs kids as well until they made a separate area for them to have a better sensory environment. I've baby sat since I was around the age of 5 for friends, family, pets, and neighbors as well as been cooking since that age. I've baby sat in Alabama, and Georgia and have even been as far as Jefferson to baby sit two children. I don't plan to go that far anymore but I am willing to stay in the Gwinnett Area. I'm currently baby sitting my two little sister in laws at the age of 6 & 9 that I've been watching since they were 5 & 8. I've baby sat from the ages of 11 months to 24 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy art and crafts, roller skating, having fun outside, making forts, cooking, and reading! I love music and creating in almost every way! I love to make beaded jewelry, pillows, I love safe and kid friendly science experiments, I love gardening, painting, writing, watching movies, and so much more. I love trying new things but I love being safe about it. I love hide and seek and just doing new things with my kids. I rather not spending too much time on electronics and I try to limit their time on them to get them to spend more time and energy on the things and environment around them. I like to use devices mostly to help teach or let them learn different thing or listen to music. I love to engage with my kids and get them to appreciate the things and opportunities right in front of them. :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

The kids and the relationship between the parent or parents and the sitter! I’ve learned the kids can’t always get what they want but what they need and what they need will benefit them more than what they want. That’s not saying they'll never get anything they want but what they need will always come first. Being able to connect to the family and for everyone to be comfortable. For the kids I'm watching to feel just as safe and comfortable as the parents should feel about me watching them. For everyone to get the love and care they deserve. My kids should be happy and be able to learn right from wrong in the healthiest ways. My parents should feel comfortable with me in their house and watching their kids. I should feel comfortable in the families home in which I'm babysitting. I feel as if your nanny is just as part of the family with how often they're around and how much they do. The relationship between everyone is greatly important and extremely meaningful. as well as the comfort.

My experience with special needs children...

I have ticks that are a form of physical tourette's, I'm on the spectrum for autism, & I have ADHD, while I’ve also cared for special needs kids at 12 Stone until they made a special needs program for those kids. I’ve cared for kids with autism, down syndrome, Tourette’s, and etc. For almost 2 years. My uncle is also special needs and so are a few close friends of mine, so I’ve known and helped take care of them my whole life. They deserve as normal of a life as anyone else just with a little extra care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when there were two kids I was watching Joseph and Marlee. We’re were watching this video with the rest of our small group and they argued over who gets to sit in my lap. After a little bit of their discussion, which didn’t last long, they came to an agreement and they took turns from what I had taught them previously it was one of my most happy moments to see them solve their issue themselves and coming to an agreement just because they didn’t like fighting and they had learned what I had taught them, to get along, and to compromise. They also learned that fighting isn’t the right option, and there’s a nicer way to discuss things.
