I have been babysitting for about 15 years and working professionally with children for 9. Currently I am a full time nanny for 1 infant. I am specialized in infant and toddler care but have also worked with all ages, including teenagers. I have worked in numerous daycare centers and have taken continued education courses to receive certificates in varying areas of childcare. I love to use the arts to teach and entertain. From morning affirmations and circle time flash cards to afternoon finger painting and dance parties I want to teach your child the basics while also empowering them to be their best self and I do believe those ideas start as early as infancy! Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have babysat for friends and family since I was a teenager. Professionally I have worked in numerous childcare facilities, specifically in the infant and toddler rooms but have substituted in all age groups when needed. I am also currently an infant nanny.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love keeping children active and engaged. I don't mind setting up a daily curriculum with your child, holding dance parties, going to the park, checking out the aquarium, running out for baking supplies to use together! If screen time is something your child is allowed I like to use to sparingly, with infants and toddlers I tend to just use it for music or story time if needed but of course would adjust to whatever your family is used to and comfortable with.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I always like to build a solid relationship with my families. I want everyone to feel comfortable and secure with my care, even if this includes over communicating and sending lots of pictures and videos of what we are up to during the day and making plenty of gifts and keepsakes for my kids parents.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment so far has been cuddling with my nanny kid after a nap or watching them get really good at rolling over and hitting that milestone!
