This past summer, I also volunteered as a group leader at Earth Connection Camp, a one-day children’s activity program. In this role, I supervised participants while leading hands-on STEM-related activities, helping children stay engaged, learn new concepts, and enjoy a positive camp experience.

One of my favorite moments was playing a listening game with the children, where they stood in a line and jumped to one side after hearing our magic word. Each round got a little faster, and it was so much fun watching their excitement grow. What I loved most was seeing their confidence build as they caught on to the game and cheered each other on.
