More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have volunteered at the YMCA summer programs where I got to hang out with school aged kids and play games and have some fun outside. I also worked for the school district back in my home town doing a summer care program with kids aged 8-10. I have also worked at New Horizon Academy where I worked with children from 9 weeks all the way up to 12 years!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love watching movies and playing board games. I also love to go swimming and play sports, go on walks, or play at parks. I like going to get ice cream in the summer and hot chocolate in the winter!

I have a huge passion for helping families and I love hanging out with kiddos and just having fun! I love watching children learn and have fun while doing it!
My experience with special needs children...
When I was around 16 I cared for a family friends little boy who was about 6 years old at the time. He has a chromosomal abnormality that was unspecified. The way it was explained to me was he was developmentally delayed about 2 years. I would help him eat and bathe but mostly we would play games and go outside!
The most important part about being a nanny...
It seems super small but when I was taking care of my Godson and his newborn brother, my Godson Leo just would not stop giving the baby kisses. Kisses on the head the mouth the feet, just everywhere, and its moments like those that just melt my heart. To watch children have so much love for other kids is just so cute and sweet.
