The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is being someone a kid can rely on when their parents aren't able to be there. Whether the parent is busy, or the kid is hungry or something happens to the parents, they should know that someone else is in their corner to help. It's the feeling you get knowing you've made a kid's day brighten up, whether they usually have bad days or it has yet to become one for them. Being a distraction to them, as well as giving the parents time to have one, is what matters to me.
