I’m the oldest of four siblings, so I’ve been a built in babysitter since I can remember. I have coached little girls softball, gymnastics and swimming lessons, ages ranging from one up into teens.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing a multitude of activities. From being outside playing to being inside finding quiet activities to do. With previous children I’ve babysat a fan favorite was going on bike rides or painting rocks we found out on walks!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is helping the kids. I’m not one to stick a iPad in front of a kiddo for hours. I like to take them outside and do fun activities. Kids learn so much by doing fun activities with them, like going on walks, finger painting, learning to tie shoes and much more!
My experience with special needs children...
I have a decent amount of experience with children with special needs. I taught a swim lesson class made just for kids with special needs, to get them the extra help they need to excel just like any other kiddo.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment has got to be one time watching my nieces. They were coloring and watching a movie I had put on. And next thing I knew both girls were sitting on each side of me cuddled up sleeping.
