More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Before becoming a nanny, I worked as an infant teacher, caring for and supporting young children in a classroom setting. Over the past three years as a nanny, I've cared for children through different stages of development from newborn to school aged, helping with daily routines, schoolwork, transportation, meals, and creating fun, engaging activities.
I'm currently studying Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health, which has given me a strong foundation in child development, communication, and supporting children through big emotions. I'm also CPR certified, trained in Safe Sleep/SIDS prevention and Psychological First Aid, and I'm currently working toward my Peer Support certification. I love continuing to learn and finding new ways to better support the children and families I work with.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love finding activities that encourage children to learn, explore, and have fun! One of my favorite things to do is look for local, community-based events that are kid-friendly, whether that's story time or lap time at the library, seasonal festivals, children's programs, or other local activities. I also enjoy taking kids to museums where they can learn through hands-on experiences and exploration.
At home, you'll usually find us reading books, making DIY arts and crafts, baking, playing outside, or creating sensory activities for infants and toddlers. I believe some of the best learning happens through play, curiosity, and everyday experiences, and I love finding new ways to keep children engaged while making lasting memories.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, being a nanny is about so much more than supervising children. It's about becoming a safe, reliable person that both children and parents can count on. I know family life can be busy and unpredictable, and I genuinely enjoy that. I'm someone who stays calm, adapts easily, and thrives in the ever-changing rhythm of family life. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, supported, and cared for, while giving kids another trusted adult in their corner.
My experience with special needs children...
My education has given me experience learning about a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and I believe every child deserves patience, understanding, and individualized support. I strive to meet children where they are, build trust, and create an environment where they feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
The most important part about being a nanny...
It's hard to choose just one! Baby cuddles are definitely at the top of the list, but my favorite part of nannying is getting to watch children become their own little people. Seeing their confidence grow, celebrating milestones, hearing their funny stories, and knowing they feel safe enough to be completely themselves around me is what makes this job so rewarding.
