I’ve worked with a child who has Down syndrome, and it’s been a really rewarding experience. I’ve learned to be patient and creative in how I support him, especially with communication and everyday tasks. It’s amazing to see his progress, and I feel lucky to be part of his growth and development.

One of my favorite nanny moments was when the kids I was watching made me a little "thank you" card with drawings and stickers. It was so cute and showed me they appreciated what I was doing. It really made me feel good knowing I was making a positive difference in their day.
