The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is communication. If you don't agree or if you love what your nanny is doing you have to tell them. I have learned from experience no two family's are the same. Going into a open line of communication is the best way. Trust is another thing. If at any time you see something you don't like say something don't let it fester up and destroy the relationship. The last would be reliable. If your nanny misses work you miss work and that will hurt the relationship also. Everyone has to be on the same schedule and understand this is people's life. So to know your nanny will be there everyday than you know you have nothing to worry about.

Atrial Septal Defect a child born with a hole in their heart. So we did a year of PT. She had surgery after her first birthday and caught up to her twin brother.
