Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In my opinion, a nanny is someone you want to form a relationship with your child(ren).. you want your kids to ENJOY their time with that nanny & that usually indicates a level of trust and a what type of bond we've for ed with those children, as well.
One other thing that is super important to me as a nanny is being consistent and RELIABLE!
No child wants to have to meet a whole brand new person they may or may not end up being comfortable with, just because Mommy and Daddy are unable to find someone that makes consistency and reliability a priority. In the end, it's all about the child(ren), so I have to put those children's needs and best interest at heart first, above all else!

My experience with special needs children...
I've been working as a Personal Care Attendant since 2009 with adult patients with downs syndrome, and in my time volunteering as a coach and fundraiser for the special Olympics, I work with athletes of ALL ages (5years old to some in their 50s and 60s!), and each athlete has different developmental disabilities that they deal with, so I have experience working with such a wide range of disabilities and Medical Issues!
