Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve been working with kids for over 20 years, and I’ve loved every stage—from infants to pre-teens. I started as a babysitter in my teens, and over time, it turned into something much more than just a side job. I’ve worked with families long-term, cared for kids of all ages, and built strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their parents.
I’m also a mom to a 22-year-old son, which has given me a whole different level of hands-on experience. I understand the ups and downs, the little worries, the big milestones, and the day-to-day moments that matter most. It’s made me patient, adaptable, and very aware of what it takes to create a nurturing, safe space for kids to grow and thrive.
I’m CPR certified and have passed a background check, so safety is always a top priority. I’m also reliable, organized, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children—whether we’re doing crafts, reading books, playing outside, or just navigating a regular daily routine.

I love to read so many activities are based around that depending on the age group. If they are at the level to begin reading or are reading, I like to let them pick an age-appropriate book for us to read together.
I also like to do a lot of different things to keep them busy depending on their age. Some of those things would be coloring, playing outside, hopscotch, foursquare, chalk on the sidewalk or driveway, do a scavenger hunt outside with different nature things.
