I am CPR, First aid, and Safety trained and served as a Cadet Teacher this year in a third grade classroom in Saline Michigan. Typically I work with kids 3+, but am open to any age group. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have babysat for 3 years for many family’s; starting with family-friends and then branching out to other clientele. In addition to experience, I have completed the Careers in Education Course with the SWWC, which teaches lesson planning, activity’s, childcare basics, health and safety, and much more!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am very passionate about keeping kids comfortably engaged while they are in my care. I love playing board or card games, going outside, take walks or bike rides, and playing sports! I try to be as flexible and understanding as possible with each child as I know that children grow and develop differently- and need different experiences in different seasons of life

The most important part about being a nanny...

Safety is always the first priority and of the upmost importance. Second to that, I want kids to have fun! If being in my care is not an experience that is both efficient for family’s and enjoyed by kids, I believe I am not doing my job fully.

My experience with special needs children...

I have never worked independently with a special needs child, however in my time as a cadet within Saline Area Schools, I worked alongside both teachers and support staff to meet the needs of special needs students, and built impactful relationships with them!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love being able to pour into kids throughout all stages of life. My favorite moment when working with kids is when I was able to meet them where they are at and provide comfort, wisdom, or just a safe space for them to be authentically themselves.
