Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked as a live out nanny for almost a year until the family no longer needed a nanny, this ended 3 months ago. Before that I worked at a Boys and Girls Club of America for 6 months working with children aged 5-17, then transferring to their daycare setting working with children aged newborn to 4 years of age!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking kids to the park or even on small hikes. I enjoy helping kids learn to garden whether inside or out. Making crafts for outdoor play like sun catchers is something I excel at! I enjoy teaching kids crafts ranging from, arts and crafts like painting and coloring to science experiments safe to the age of the children!

Being able to provide support and care not only to the children but also the parents!
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children who were on the Autism Spectrum. I also have worked with children who required feeding tubes and other special equipment. Including but not limited to feeding tubes, oxygen concentrator and tubes, and IV's.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when the children I was caring for asked if we could play dress up. We dressed up like we were going to the royal ball. I made all types of food, crackers and cheese, fruits like grapes and strawberries and raspberries., sandwiches. We had tea time with food then turned on child friendly dancing music and we all danced for almost 2 hours!! Then we finished off our night by the oldest child and I making a cake together to round out our royal event!
