I've had many moments over the years... I think my best moment was after working 3 months with a diplomatic family in London... bodyguards, a chef, a chauffeur, and three housekeepers... the eldest boy of three boys was 7 years old, he was a difficult child, screaming, hitting and extremely spoiled (I don't think other nanny's would use this as their favorite moment, however, for me it is one of my best)... after giving him respect and treating him as I would any other human on the planet, he started to be able to communicate with me and enjoy our time together... He went on a trip to France to spend 10 days with his cousins. When he returned, he explained that his cousin's nanny was always screaming at him and his cousins, he said "It was like I was you, and she was how I use to be"... then he apologized for his behavior when I first started as his nanny.... that was a 7 year old! (sometimes we just need someone to listen).
