I've had many exclusive babysitter jobs in which I would watch the same children most weekends. I also had a summer nanny position with a 3 year old and 5 year old. I've volunteered at day care fun nights alot, planning activities and interacting with kids. I actually have a passion for learning about child development, so I'm very educated on creative and useful play.

The most important thing about being a nanny, is being creative in order to make sure the kids you're interacting with are happy, and having fun. But still maintaining what the parent wants for their kids, I'm a strong believer of that.
