A little bit about me

I am searching for a six month+ nannying position ranging from 10-25 hours or so. I do own my own company based in childcare. I work from home around 25 hours weekly at my discretion, so my schedule is very flexible. I have four years of professional experience within various fields. I have experience with ages from 6 weeks to adulthood! I also have experience working with multiples (newborn twins as a nanny), and also multiple children at one time as a nanny as well as in a daycare. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, Advanced Childcare training, and Childhood Development. I have plenty of references. I can complete a background check if need be. I am fully vaccinated. I also have experience with Montessori practices. I have worked with children with unique medical needs, introduction of food to infants, bathing children, avoiding food allergies, as well as with children who have behavioral issues. I have worked as a travel nanny as well (internationally and within the US).

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love creating enriching and stimulating environments, away from phones. I base my practices off of Montessori and gentle parenting techniques. I love to incorporate sensory play, tummy time (for the littles), music and dance, nature, walks, and so much more. I also love doing arts and crafts for the older littles, as well as going to different local venues that host children’s events or museums.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Never losing initiative, drive, and positivity. Children need healthy and enriching environments to adequately grow and develop into little humans. Building relationships and open communication with the family and children is important as well!
