I’ve worked at my church in the baby area while parents are in church, just as a volunteer because my parents are heavily in the church, and I’ve watch family or family friends children , no government experience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing crafts , jamming to appropriate music , dance parties , scavenger hunts , fishing( if allowed) , playing outside , watching movies , and eating snacks/ meals.
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me about being a nanny , is the kid feeling comfortable and treated well and that they feel seen and heard , also that the parents can go do their jobs to make a living for them and overall that the families succeed.

The only special needs experience I have is my 3 year old little sister with a high level of autism.
