is making the kids feel comfortable with you. Kids tend to be very impressionable, and can like you or not like you off the rip, so it's very important to make them feel at ease and be a trustworthy person in their life. I also belive having a great bond with the parents is very important as well.

I used to babysit a 9 y/o boy named Michel and he has cerebral palsy, it was easier for me because i worked with him on horses and horses can be very therapeutic.
