A little bit about me

My name is Turner Farmer. I am a 17-year-old (F) Wakefield High School rising Senior. I am a Varsity cheerleader and lacrosse player. I have been working with kids since I was 13. How did I get started? A wonderful mother saw me playing with her boys at the neighborhood pool when I was just 13 and thought to herself, "She's amazing with my boys! No one can get them to listen, but she did!" The rest is history. I still babysit for that family even though they moved out of our neighborhood. As I look ahead to my future, my goal is to become a pediatric nurse. My mom always says I am a natural nurturer. I am an only child with two loving parents. If someone were to describe me, they'd say I am kind, hard-working, humble and a lover of animals. I am looking for a summer position. I know kids can get bored in the summer and I'd like to take the pressure off mom and dad. I love all outdoor activities and would love to help the right family.
