The most important part about being a nanny is Reliability, responsibility and patience. You have to make sure that you are aware at all times. No distractions and committing fully in that time to being a Nanny, making sure you’re taking care of your responsibilities. Nothing short of it.
My experience with special needs children...
The only experience I’ve have with special needs children, is my experience with a little 2 year old boy I babysat for 6 months was autistic. It was challenging at first. But, I learned quick how to care for him and give him the right care he needs.
