I raised our son as a single mother in Vail. My gratitude for the environment & opportunities we have had is incomprehensible. Acquaintances, friends, sports, community, youth activities & cultural involvement in addition to our VMS family.
I love the mountain environment, it is healthy and invigorating. I ski, bike, hike, swim, garden, volunteer, read and enjoy learning.
Spending time with your pre teen daughter would be a delight. I lived with a VMS hs girl whose parents had busy surgical practices out of state.

I was a lifeguard on the beach in my home town (the Outer Banks in North Carolina) for 3 summers, and am very familiar with the ocean.
