The most important part about being a nanny...
Is to never treat any one no matter what will treat everyone with respect because kids will pick up words they hear and run with it like it's ok. Not on watch
Its Important that I show them how to pick up after them self show em how to make a bed if under 5 then I will make it a habbit to show a child what it's like to clean up toys or go to the bathroom on there own

Take time feeding
If can't hold spoon or fork I will feed him or her, if they can not use the bathroom by them self ,I will change him or her
I will not put any child in front of a tv alone I will play music
Dance sing clap hands to make him or her comfortable with me
I will be 100 with him or her so whining and throwing fits will only last until I can help with whatever there wanting at that time
