is not taking for granted the opportunity it is, that a family chose you to be their nanny. That is a huge choice and it is up to us as nannies to live up to that. I think the most important part is to genuinely grow with the family. To be present and share beautiful memories and milestones for one another. The most important part about being a nanny...
It was summer and I let the twins dress me up and do my hair and make-up. We then went outside to have a water party and everyone was so happy. Music was playing, the twins were running around trying to wet me but my makeover was falling a part. The kids couldn't stop laughing and saying how the best thing their mom did for them was hire me as their nanny but because their mom actually hired their "best friend". Heart was full.
