A little bit about me

Hello, My name is Venus. I am a very active grandmother of 3 and enjoy hiking, biking, camping, yoga and dancing. I also love reading and writing and have a particular interst in childhood development. I enjoy working with parents and bringing my special gifts and talents as a professional nanny to the children I care for. I am very patient and love engaging in appropriate childhood developmental activities. I work well with parents and keep the family atmosphere positive and fun. I am avaliable for 28 to 40 hours a week and prefer caring for one child- newborn to elementary school age. I am avaliable for a 1 year commitment with negotiation for continued care at completion. I have cared for several families as a professional nanny over the past 16 years and it has brought me much pleasure in making these families part of my life. I have cared for several newborn and first time parents as well as ages up to 9 and 10. I also have experience as a back up nanny for corporate serving agencies. Some of my responsibilities included household management, pet sitting and errands running. Payment is negotiable with responsibilities for child care and household duties beginng at 15.00 per hour.
