I helped my single mother raise my two younger sisters as she worked sun up to sun down making ends meet. Once I turned 14, I took a Red Cross babysitting clinic and did it as a side gig throughout middle school and high school. I was a live in nanny during my college years and then came home and nannied a family friend's little boy his first year of life before they decided to move while being a CNA on evening shift.
