The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe every child deserves to be loved and given respect. I think their natural curiosity and independence should be encouraged in safe and nurturing environments. I also find a lot of joy in being able to aid your family and ease your stress!
My experience with special needs children...
I have not cared for special needs children before, but I'm comfortable with it! I had special needs friends in high school and was part of my high school's unified soccer team, and have done extensive research as part of my interest in teaching.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I remember caring for this little boy in Goffstown and the funny relationship he had with his dog. Every time we went outside, the dog would go crazy and the kid would always chase him, screaming with excitement. It was very cute and very hilarious.
