Greetings! I have worked with children my entire life in one way or another. I worked as a lead preschool teacher for 10 years at the University of Oregon's Moss St. Children's Center. 1 year of that was in the infant and toddler room, and 9 years in the preschool (3-5 year olds). I nannied for 2 years for an infant/toddler. I also have my masters degree in elementary education and my professional Oregon teaching license and have taught in my own classrooms (K-2nd grade) and have subbed (K-12th grade) for the past 20 years across 5 school districts as well as one private school. I am married and live in SW Portland. My husband and I have 3 kids (24, 19, and 12), only the 12 year old lives with us at this time. I strongly believe children's time should be prioritized with activities that build their fine and gross motor skills, oral language, emotional regulation, social skills, and creativity. I care for and lead children with love, patience, and playfulness.
