The most important part about being a nanny...
Building relationships with the child so, they can feel comfortable coming to me about anything . I feel as though it very important to show the child that you care and there feelings matter. And overall for them to enjoy themselves and feel secured and safe while there guardian is away! I also feel as though it is important for a family to have a nanny who they can trust and can count on every time to get things done without hesitation or worry.
