The most important part about being a nanny...
Helping a child grow. I get to be the one that comes along side the parents and give assistance when needed. What a joy that is for me that they would trust me in that way.
My experience with special needs children...
I spent one summer working part-time with a non-verbal child. Definitely different, but difficult. He was very sweet little boy.
