Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve volunteered as an Outdoor School Student Leader for 4 sessions. I lived with and took care of a cabin group of 6th graders, teaching them about environmental science during the day. Last summer I worked at Camp Nor’wester, living with 10/11 year old boys for a month. I also supervised 9-16 year olds. This past year I volunteered as a mentor for at-risk middle school students every week during lunchtime. I’ve been babysitting for over 7 years, and I’m an older sister.
