"Viviana was playful with the kids. She would play games and sports with them, and she is very artistic.
Viviana is quite social and seems to make friends easily. This was a benefit to my youngest, who was home with Viviana the most, because Viviana would arrange playdates through other nannies and au pairs she met.
She is capable of managing multiple children (we have three), and she is good at enforcing rules and not just giving in if the kids whine or beg."
