A little bit about me

Hi, name is Whitney! I am moving to Austin the first week of October! have been working with littles since 2010 when I got my first assistant infant/toddler teacher job at age 20. Since then, I have been a lead twos teacher, a lead preschool teacher, a nanny to infant twins, and am currently in a role where I support all of the classrooms in a large early childhood center. I grew up in California but moved to Montana as a teenager, and love to spend most of my time outside with the people I love. :) When not playing outdoors, I love to keep my hands dirty with art and ceramics, and am learning to play bass guitar! I’ve had a few professions over the years, but working with children is the only one I’ve been passionate about. Children are just little fountains of joy, and I feel so lucky to get to stand by their sides as they learn and grow, and help them spread their love and creativity as they come into their personalities and into the world! I can’t wait to connect with you. :)
