My favorite nanny moment was organizing a surprise birthday scavenger hunt for two boys I cared for over six years. I planned clues tailored to their favorite activities, like building forts and solving puzzles, and we ended the day with homemade cupcakes and a family game night. Seeing their excitement and how much fun they had made me realize how rewarding it is to create special memories and foster joy in the lives of the children I care for.
