The most important part of being a nanny is being able to communicate with both the child and their parent. I think it is very important that a nanny and a parent get along because they are both responsible for the child.

I have yet to work with a child with special needs but I do believe at the end of the day they are children who deserve to have fun. I have much to learn from them.
