Hello my name is Yaritza Martinez but people call me Yari since it is easier for children to pronounce. I grew up in Truckee CA near Tahoe. I am 22 years old and I am a senior in Sacramento State studying to become a Registered Nurse. I have been working with children for about 5-6 years now, starting with babysitting in my town (Truckee) and being a summer camp counselor. I also work a little for a before/after school program in truckee as well. While I am in Sacramento I work at the Children Center at Sac State but I wanted to get a side job as well. Before wanting to become an RN, I thought about becoming a teacher, I have always enjoyed teaching new skills to children to help them expand their knowledge.
