I believe some of the most important aspects of being a nanny include creating a safe and nurturing environment, building trust with both the children and their parents, and having patience and understanding. A nanny should also be reliable, responsible, and able to handle different situations calmly and with care. It’s important to support the children’s development through play, learning, and positive guidance. Communication with the family is also key to making sure their expectations are met and the child’s needs are always a priority.
