Understand and Patience are two important skills for nannies. As a nanny, you will spend hours and hours with children so you will need to be able to handle their mood swings and behaviors without begin upset, knowing that the younger ones will miss their parents from time to time and the older one are trying to finger who they are so we have to understand them knowing that these are all phases of development.
