A little bit about me

I’m 24 years old. I have worked with children for years in the past at a school and day care. It was by far my favorite job. I’m a legal administrative assistant at a law firm by day. I love my job! I’m looking for part/time work that I can also fall in love with. Considering my love for children and my track record, I’m looking to work with children again. Any ages, but especially infant/toddlers as well as ages 3-13. I'm skilled in cooking and house-keeping. I don't mind these requirements at all. Preferably looking for weekends and some evenings during the week also! I work in Sandy Springs near Roswell. I'm open to working after I get off of my first job also.

Helping with homework, taking them to the park to externalize, reading them books, playing games and talking with them in general.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is making sure you treat the children as if they were your own. Meaning handling them the way you would want someone to handle your children, which is with extra care and sensitivity.

My experience with special needs children...

I do have experience with special-needs: my brother is autistic and I primarily helped raised him, especially when my mom went back to work from maternity leave. I was his care giver until the age four.
