My experience with special needs children...
I previously worked as an Aba Therapist with participants ages 4-21 years old in a outdoor summer camp setting. I worked with high behavior kids with disabilities! I helped participants with activities such
as arts & crafts, music & movement, free play, field play, and etc. I also worked as a bus aide transporting adults and children with special needs/disabilities to programs such
as summer camp, day hab, after school, and Saturday programs and home. My duties as a bus aide consisted of making kids and adults are strapped in properly before driver pulls off, monitoring all participants to make sure everyone is as safe as possible. Deal with high behaviors if needed to keep driver from
