I have volunteered to babysit last summer, I babysat 3 kids that were 1 years old, 6 months && a 2 year old. It was easy to manage because I’m great with kids. I helped the household out by cleaning up, I made cooked meals for the children, took them baths before nap time && made sure they were watched carefully while playing. I am very patient with kids

I enjoy coloring, drawing, i enjoy playing imagination games (I.e fairytale games or pretending to be characters from a game or movie). I enjoy playing at the park with kids, I enjoy watching children movies, swimming, running around, && whatever the kid is desired to do (if it’s safe)

The most important part about being a nanny is always making sure the child is well taken care of, safe && you understand there needs && wants.
My experience with special needs children...
My brother is 3 years old with mild autism so overtime I’ve learned to be patient with him, I learned how to clam him down when he cries, when he makes a mistake && doesn’t know any better instead of yelling at him or punishing him I calm him down && talk to him softly due to his condition. I’ve been babysitting him by myself with no help since he was born so I’ve gotten pretty darn good at it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The best moment I’ve had was at the end of the day when they’ll run && hug me tight or when they make me bracelets or drawings.
