The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe one of the most important things about being a Nanny, babysitter, caregiver or anything else, is giving the parents a safe feeling, understanding their children are in safe and caring hands that desire to help however they can, even if it’s something as small as clearing the dishes it of the sink or putting the kid(s) to bed.
My experience with special needs children...
I have limited experience with special needs children. One of my brothers is mildly autistic, mostly in social settings, as well as quick to temper, and mild acting out in situations that are stressful or overwhelming.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments, a baby, she just turned 1 and was just beginning to say her first words, she covered her eyes and took her hands away and yelled “boo!”
