The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I helped a shy, reserved child come out of their shell by organizing a "pretend adventure day." We built a fort, created a treasure map, and went on an imaginary journey around the house. Seeing their excitement and creativity blossom was incredibly rewarding, and by the end of the day, they were laughing, leading the adventure, and feeling more confident in themselves.
