A little bit about me
I am 18 years old, I graduated from High School last spring and I'm hoping to pursue a degree in child development. I'm very passionate about helping children along in their growth and development, especially in the area of literacy.
As far as my experience in childcare goes, I've been babysitting and volunteering in my church's infant room for 4 years now, as well as being a private summer nanny and currently working in a daycare center(primarily in infants and toddlers)
Some Certifications/License that I have are, CPR (infant, child, and adult), First Aide, CNA, and Drivers License.
Some fun facts about me: my favorite color is green, I love to read, I love spending time outside, I know quite a bit of ASL, and my favorite Bible verse is Acts 20:24.
I hope to be a good fit for a family out there.
Blessings, Maya

A little bit about me
Outside of it, I am currently a gardener at Home Depot. However, I take more pride in my volunteering and community work. I spent 9 months working with Senator John Hoffman in the State Senate, and have spent the past several year fundraising, volunteering, and supporting a wide variety of disadvantaged groups. Women's shelters, homeless facilities, and children's hospitals have all taken a large part in my heart with unforgettable memories.
Saying that, I have had extensive experience with children. I adore all kids and love sharing the energy and passion I have with them! With a large family and seeing a lot of struggling kids be lifted by me, I go beyond any limits to ensure any kid under my care comes out as a happier individual. :)
