"Diana started working with our family while COVID was very much still an active part of our daily lives. She was very engaging with our children, coming prepared with pre-planned crafts, educational music/books or outdoor activities. Once we were comfortable extending beyond our COVID bubble, Diana was always looking for various age-appropriate activities outside the house either at the library, museums, parks, farms or nature trails. Diana never relied on screens for entertainment. She also helped with the children's laundry and kept the house tidy throughout the day. She was on time to work and school pick up.
