A little bit about me
i have been around kids my whole life and also helped my mother with childcare because she’s a certified babysitter for the state of PA. I’ve worked around kids ages 5 months and up to at least 4 years of age. No i’m not certified with official child care through the state and i don’t have any sort of CPR certifications. i’m just a young adult trying to find a job.

A little bit about me
At the moment i’ve been caring for children of different age ranges starting at 5 years old to 16 years with 8 years paid experience. I started off more of helping care for my younger siblings and a couple of my mom’s friends kids growing up in my childhood home because my mom had an indoor daycare type of thing and i would help her (i’m the oldest of 6 kids). Then when i was 15 i started working as a summer camp counselor till the age of 18. Then i started nannying. I love kids, as i grew up with so many running all around me LOL. Seeing their faces & smiles makes me remember that life is worth it for me.

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Millbourne, PA
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Millbourne, PA. Our nanny services include background checks, PLUS, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Millbourne, PA
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
Contracts for Housekeeper Nannies in Millbourne, PA
A contract provides an excellent opportunity to ensure that everyone is on the same page. By writing out a job offer for your housekeeping nanny position, you’ll create clear expectations for both your family and the housekeeping nanny..
In your housekeeping nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. This should be a detailed list focusing on all their responsibilities. We recommend running a background check on the candidates for your housekeeping nanny position at this point. You should provide a job offer that is dependent upon the results of the background check.
When you present your job offer create a safe place for your housekeeping nanny to ask any questions. Once the details are finalized, you can create a contract for your housekeeping nanny. Through the process of creating and discussing the job offer and contract, you’re building the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny where you both can ask questions and hold each other accountable.
